UAE Golden Visa for investors

The Golden Visa procedure for real estate investors in Dubai is a program that allows foreign investors to obtain a long-term residence visa by investing in Dubai's property market. The program is designed to attract foreign investment and boost the city's economy. To be eligible for the Golden Visa, the investor must purchase a property with a value of at least AED 2 million (approximately $544,000) in Dubai. The husband or wife and children can be sponsored. The property can be either a residential or commercial property, but it must be owned by the investor. The property can be used for personal or commercial use, but it cannot be rented out. The Golden Visa is valid for five years and is renewable. The visa allows the holder to live and work in Dubai, and also grants them access to the city's healthcare and education system. The application process for the Golden Visa is relatively straightforward. Investors must submit the following documents to the Dubai Land Department (DLD)
